Cornerstone is honored to celebrate our 50th Anniversary! Founded in 1969 because volunteers discovered that a significant number of preschool-aged children (you read right: preschool-aged) were home alone during the work week, we now serve approximately 150 children per day from families of all economic backgrounds. 62% of our families come from a household with an annual income below $30,000.
